In ITSO, document renewal inspection was carried out according to TS EN ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system by TGS International Ltd. Documentation Technical Control and Supervision Services firm auditor.
ITSO continues to work with the room management and staff without compromising the quality of service offered to its members in order to contribute to the competitiveness and growth of its members. ITSO successfully passed the annual audit of TS EN ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System applications. The implementation of the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System, the processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, which was the basis of Iskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2012 and which is the basis of the accreditation system, was examined in detail. In addition to the existing practices in the audit, the views and suggestions for the continuous improvement of the quality of the services provided to the members were discussed. As a result of the examination of documents and files of all the units, İskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry was given full marks. Under the supervision of the Inspector Serap Girgin, Figen Gul Donmez, General Secretary of ITSO, and Guldane Erkol, Accrediting Officer of KYT, took place.
