The 17th Ordinary General Assembly of the Iskenderun Representation of the Hatay Branch of the Chamber of Civil Engineers of Turkey (TMMOB) was held in unity and solidarity.
At the general assembly held at the Iskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kerem Özdemir, who served as the representative for two terms, handed over the position to Erkin Polat for the new term.
Speaking at the general assembly, Kerem Özdemir emphasized that civil engineering is not only a technical profession but also a public responsibility, stating that they tried to protect the honor of the profession during their term and wished success to the new administration.
The new representative, Erkin Polat, stated that they will work in solidarity with the members and drew attention to the importance of acting together in solving professional problems. Polat thanked the members who supported them and wished the general assembly to be auspicious.
