Iskenderun Trade Registry Office carries out all business and transactions specified in the Turkish Commercial Code.

  • To carry out trade registry procedures in an orderly manner,
  • To prepare, process and maintain books, files and documents related to the trade registry,
  • To keep the trade registry of real and legal persons in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Trade Registry Regulation
  • To identify those who need to be registered in the trade registry in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, to register them and to notify them to the Chamber,
  • < li style="">To respond to letters from official institutions regarding the trade registry of real and legal persons,
  • To notify the Chamber of daily records, amendments and cancellations,
  • Giving of registry certification, tender document, Bankruptcy and Concordat document, authorization certificate, liquidation entry document, liquidation closing document, branch opening document, headquarters transfer document, BAĞ-KUR form,
  • Members' To carry out the transactions regarding the changes that will occur in the registry in accordance with the TTK and TSY General Working Instructions,
  • To respond to the letters regarding the Trade Registry service referred to the Trade Registry Directorate by the Secretary General,
  • Performing the registration procedures,
  • Ensuring coordination between the Trade Registry Director, officers working in the Trade Registry Directorate and other units and carrying out the general operation of this service,
  • < li style="">Determined in the Trade Registry Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27.01.2013 and numbered 28541; business environment, organization, qualification conditions of registry managers, supervision and control, the provisions to which the registry transactions are subject, the completeness of the records in the registry and corrections, publicity and fulfilling the duties, limits, rights and obligations in the general provisions determining the fee liability, >
  • To identify nonconformities in the product and service phase during the operation of the unit, to recommend preventive actions, to report these to the Quality/Accreditation Officer by recording them in the DÖF form,
  • According to the general working instructions of the chamber. To act appropriately,
  • To perform the duties assigned to him/her by the law and regulations No. 5174,

  • Knowing ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 processes,
