1. To direct and manage the Chamber Disciplinary Board, to preside over the Disciplinary Board meetings,
2. To prepare the agenda of the Disciplinary Board meeting, to determine the meeting days and times,
3. To invite the members of the Chamber Disciplinary Board to the meeting,
4. To ensure that the minutes of the Chamber Disciplinary Board meetings are kept regularly,
5. To control and monitor the implementation of the decisions taken by the Chamber Disciplinary Board,
6. Chamber According to Article 25 of the Regulations on Procedures, notification of those who do not attend meetings and whose term of office has ended, as well as the substitute member, will be made by the Chairman of the Disciplinary Board through personnel via a written notice.
