To decide on the hiring and termination of duties, promotions, and transfers of the chamber's personnel.
4.
To decide on the disciplinary board to conduct an investigation, and to ensure the implementation of disciplinary and monetary penalties imposed in accordance with this Law.
5.
To prepare the lists of arbitrators, experts, and appraisers and submit them to the assembly for approval.
6.
To certify the documents stipulated in this Law and related legislation.

To support and encourage social activities, to make donations and aid, to give scholarships, to build schools and classrooms with the approval of the council, provided that there is a corresponding amount in the budget,

To elect an arbitrator or arbitral tribunal,

To fulfill other duties assigned to the chambers by this Law and other legislation, and not specifically left to another body.
