Capasity Report; It is a document that shows the production power of all public and private sector organizations engaged in production and is valid for 2 years from the date of approval. In order to prepare capacity reports, the companies for which the capacity report will be prepared must first be registered in the trade registry and be a member of the chamber where the workplace is located.

In applications for Investment Incentive Certificate, Inward Processing Permit Certificate, Temporary Acceptance Permit Certificate and in the closing phase of commitments within the scope of these documents, in Industrial Registry Certificate applications, in Various Import and Export transactions, in Official and private tenders, in obtaining domestic and international loans, in participating in domestic and international fairs, It is used in the supply of raw materials that are allocated or for which tariff quotas are applied, in obtaining a Manufacturer's certificate, in Tax inspections, and in public inspections for various purposes.

Domestic Goods Certificate; It is a document issued only to domestic producers by TOBB-affiliated chambers and commodity exchanges, taking into account industrial registry reports and capacity reports, and shows that the relevant product is a Turkish product.

-Produced by industrial enterprises that have the Industrial Registry Certificate issued by the Ministry and included in the "Production Subject" content in the Industrial Registry Certificate. -Products that are entirely produced or obtained in Turkey, and that the important stages of the production process and the last essential workmanship and action deemed economically necessary have been carried out in Turkey. -The domestic contribution rate of the product must be at least 51%.

In accordance with the Insurance Law No. 5684; Persons engaged in insurance activities before 14/4/2008; People who have graduated from at least four-year higher education institutions or at least two-year colleges related to actuarial, marketing, risk management and insurance and have two years of professional experience can engage in insurance activities.

In accordance with the Insurance Law No. 5684; Persons who have graduated from at least high school or equivalent school, who have gained at least two years of professional experience from professional departments of insurance-related institutions or organizations, and who have graduated from 2-year actuarial, marketing, risk management and insurance-related colleges or four-year higher education institutions, or 14/14 Persons who were engaged in insurance activities before 4/2008 can serve as technical personnel. However, individuals who served as managers in insurance activities on behalf of or within a legal entity before 14/4/2008; Persons who have graduated from at least four-year higher education institutions or at least two-year colleges related to actuarial, marketing, risk management and insurance and have two years of professional experience can engage in agency activities on their own behalf or by establishing a legal entity.

Pursuant to the decision taken by the Insurance Agencies Executive Committee based on subparagraph (f) of the third paragraph of Article 27 of the Insurance Law No. 5684, an insurance agency headquarters or branch; -In a detached building or business center; It must be an independent place that is physically separated, has a separate entrance, and is suitable for use on its own, and insurance agency activities are carried out exclusively in this place, -The invoices for the telephone and internet connection service used must be registered in the name of the insurance agency or the branch manager, if it is a branch, -At least one each It is mandatory to have a computer, printer and fax device, to have an Internet connection and to use Static IP for insurance transactions.

An agency registered in the register must obtain business from the Trade Registry Office. by registering the cancellation (with the reservation of the right to re-register in the registration plate in accordance with the 6th paragraph of the 23rd article of the insurance law) at another agency branch or  He/she can work as a technical personnel at the center.

Anyone who has the minimum technical personnel qualification can work as a technical personnel in the branch of the insurance company or as a branch manager if it is a company. He/she can still work as a technical personnel under the title.

The upper union of the chambers is the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye, its short name is TOBB. Regulations regarding these organizations, which were established pursuant to Article 135 of the Constitution on professional organizations that have the nature of public institutions, are included in the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Law on Chambers and Commodity Exchanges No. 5174.

Chambers of Commerce and Industry are professional organizations in the nature of public institutions with legal personality (Article 4 of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Law on Chambers and Commodity Exchanges No. 5174).

The establishment and working areas of the chambers are within provincial borders (Article 6 of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Law on Chambers and Commodity Exchanges No. 5174).

In accordance with the relevant legislation, your trade registry registration must be made to the Iskenderun Trade Registry Directorate within our chamber, and your chamber registration must be made to the Chamber of Pharmacists.

The status of companies in chamber records is suspended in 2 ways. These; 1- Suspension due to non-payment of dues debts, 2- Suspension due to not being able to determine the address and status (Article 10 of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Law on Chambers and Commodity Exchanges No. 5174).

First of all, you should check the registered office address of your company in the Trade Registry Office; If your address does not match your registered address at the Trade Registry Office, you must register for a change of address. Supplementary Dues: Commercial earnings of real person traders and industrialists that constitute the basis for income tax in the previous year; It is the accrued dues of five per thousand of the commercial balance sheet profits of legal entity merchants and industrialists.
