Among the requests received by our directorate; For exports to countries such as England and South Korea Customs and Foreign Trade Zone to obtain the registered exporter (REX) number of our companies. It is understood that they applied to our directorates. As it is known, 2018/501 published in the Official Gazette numbered 30637 dated 26 December 2018 From the examination of Presidential Decree no. Exporters based in Turkey only 2018/501 Current Import Regime, as stated in subparagraph (a) of the third paragraph of Article 5 of Decision No. To send products originating from the beneficiary countries specified in Annex-1 of the decision to the European Union and Switzerland They can issue a REX declaration of origin for this purpose. In this context, the application area of ​​the REX system for exporters resident in our country is quite limited and will be sent from Turkey to third countries, especially the UK and South Korea. There is no possibility or obligation to use REX number in exports. Therefore, we would like to inform you that our exporters should not register with the REX System for this purpose.
