Regarding the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals

Regulation (KKDİK Regulation) Registration obligations regarding chemical substances placed on the market within the scope of the regulation are subject to a phased schedule determined in the relevant procedures and principles. In accordance with the schedule updated with the regulation published on August 5, 2025, your members must fulfill their obligations on time. The following deadlines are important for fulfilling them.

1-Pre-registration for newly launched products within 30 days from the date of market launch.

2-Leading Company

;Identification-For existing products on the market-December 31, 2025

3-Leading Company Identification-For newly introduced products to the market -Within 6 months from the market launch date

4-Temporary registration (if the full registration file cannot be prepared)-Leading company sp;for31March2026 5-TemporaryRegistration-ForMemberfirmsSeptember2026 6-FullRegistration-according totonnage/hazardclass;

a)Forsubstancesmeetingconditionsuntil31/12/2026

1) Materials manufactured or imported in their own form, in mixtures or in articles, in quantities of 1000 tons or more annually,

2) Materials manufactured or imported in quantities of 100 tons or more annually, According to the Regulation on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures manufactured or imported in their own form, in mixtures or in articles, Aquatic Acute 1 and/or Aquatic Chronic 1 (H400, H410) Substances in the hazardous category,

3) Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures manufactured and imported in quantities of 1 ton and above annually, either on their own, in mixtures or in articles.

According to the Regulation, substances that are carcinogenic, mutagenic and/or toxic to the reproductive system, Category 1A or 1B hazard categories. b) Without prejudice to the period given in subparagraph (a) of this paragraph, in quantities of 100 tons or more per year, on their own or For substances manufactured or imported in mixtures or articles, until 31/12/2028,

c) Without prejudice to the periods given in subparagraphs (a) and (b) of this paragraph, 1 ton annually and For substances manufactured or imported in excess of a certain amount, either on their own, in a mixture, or in an article, the final registration date is 31/12/2030.
