Based on the letter sent to our Association by the Ministry of Trade"s Directorate General of Product Safety and Inspection, efforts have begun to publish the 2025 Product Safety and Inspection Communiqués in the Official Gazette, to enter into force in 2026. The opinions and evaluations of relevant institutions and organizations regarding the revision of the Product Safety and Inspection Communiqués, prepared pursuant to Article 4 of the Technical Regulations Regime Decree published in the annex of Presidential Decree No. 6038, dated September 14, 2022, are needed.
