The attached letter from the Ministry of Trade to our Association states that the European Commission has launched a "Call for Comments" as part of the review process for the European Chips Law, which has been in effect since September 21, 2023. Details of the letter, which outlines the obstacles expected to be overcome to achieve the Chips Law"s objectives, are attached. The call will continue until November 28, 2025, and an information note regarding the call is attached.
