While it has been announced that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the competent authority for apostille approval in the People"s Republic of China (PRC), it has been stated that certificates of origin will be issued as e-Apostilled by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) as of 18.06.2025.
