In a letter dated September 29, 2025, and numbered 45616, received from the General Directorate of Customs of the Ministry of Trade, it was announced that compulsory insurance procedures for foreign vehicles with civilian license plates entering Azerbaijan will be carried out exclusively online at www.tpl.az, effective October 1, 2025.
