The Draft Communiqué prepared by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change regarding the changes planned to be made in the "Communiqué on Technical Personnel Working in Wastewater Treatment Facilities" published in the Official Gazette dated 03.12.2010 and numbered 27773 and entered into force, has been forwarded to our Association. The draft text covers the minimum qualifications, certification process, duties and responsibilities of technical personnel working in wastewater treatment facilities, and the planned changes to the procedures and principles regarding training. In this context, if you have any opinions and evaluations regarding the Draft Communiqué, we would be pleased if you could enter them in the "Comment Form" in the appendix and send them to our Association (egemen.batmaz@tobb.org.tr) by the end of business hours on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at the latest.
