Electronic transport documents (ETBs) will be issued starting October 15, 2025, for the transport of wood-based forest products from final storage. To issue this document, information such as the mobile phone numbers and email addresses of the customer, customer system administrator, users, and those granted transportation powers must be up-to-date.

Our customers must verify the phone numbers of the company administrator and the customer system administrator in the customer record. If there are any errors, they must correct them by submitting a petition to the business directorate where the e-sales tax record is held through ORBIS.

The mobile phone numbers of those granted transportation powers via e-sales must be verified by the customers, deactivating the old record and creating a new power of attorney record.

Otherwise, an ETB will not be issued, and to avoid any inconvenience, our customers must check and update this information. The following steps will be followed at sales locations.

Those who wish to load goods at sales locations must first enter the LOT CODE, automatically generated by the system for that sales lot under the "Transportation" tab on the customer screen at esatıs.ogm.gov.tr, and provide this code to the officer who will issue the transport document before loading.

After the goods are loaded onto the vehicle, the TRANSPORT CODE will be sent via SMS to the customer system administrator or, if a power of attorney has been issued through esatıs.ogm.gov.tr, to the mobile phone number of the person authorized to transport the goods in ORBIS.

The officer issuing the transport document will enter the TRANSPORT CODE into the generated ETB, and the transport document will be approved.

Since the ETB approval serves as a signature, the approved ETB will be saved as a PDF under the "My Shipments" tab on the customer"s website at esatıs.ogm.gov.tr. Our customers can access their shipping permits there. Additionally, a notification will be sent to the company"s customer system administrator in the notifications section of esatıs.ogm.gov.tr.

For the smooth execution of the above-mentioned process steps, it is IMPORTANT that the customer, customer system administrator, users, and those authorized for transportation, including their mobile phone numbers and email addresses, are kept up-to-date in ORBIS.
