Dear Members,

In line with the decisions taken at our Chamber Assembly Meeting dated 24.07.2024 and numbered 21, the following practices will come into force:

1. About Real Person Sole Proprietorships whose Chamber Registration is Suspended:

• With inactive registration status in the tax office, In our chamber, the chamber dues debts of real person sole proprietorships that are suspended due to their debts will be deleted and their records will be closed ex officio as of 02.12.2024. The closure process is carried out by our Chamber Registry Unit and Trade Registry Directorate.

• Trade registry fees incurred during the closure process will be covered from the budget of our Chamber.

• Our members who do not want to close their registration in our Chamber, although they are inactive in the tax office, until the end of working hours on 29.11.2024. They will be able to continue to keep their records active by paying their dues debts and making a written request. In this case, ex officio closing will not be done. (People who will make a written request must make their own applications)

2. Our members affected by the earthquake The room dues debts of natural or legal persons who wish to do so will be deleted and their records will be closed.

For the closing procedures, the applicants must document their status and close their records at the latest. They must apply in person or through their heirs until 29.11.2024.

Legal entities in this situation will carry out the closing procedures within the framework of the liquidation and cancellation provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and trade Registry fees will be paid by the applicant.

Important Reminder

As above Our members who want to benefit from the regulations must apply to our Chamber within the specified periods. If the applications are not made within the deadline, you will not be able to benefit from the specified regulations.
