Purpose of the project : In Iskenderun, to contribute to the increase in employment of disadvantaged people and to break down the barriers in their entry into social life by enabling innovative activities aimed at finding and implementing effective ways to increase the quality of life of disabled individuals.
Results and Outputs : • Within the scope of the project, 272 hours of training (Basic English, Accounting, Computer) was provided to our disabled citizens in 4 groups.
• After the training, the employment rates of our citizens were increased.
• 77 trainees successfully completed the program.

• During the project, 15 awareness-raising activities (seminars, workshops, conferences) and consultancy activities were carried out to ensure that our trainees took part in social life.
• With the computers purchased within the scope of the project, the “Barriers Are Lifting in Iskenderun Computer Laboratory” was established in the ITSO building and from now on, it is planned to provide vocational training to those in need in this laboratory.
