In a letter sent to our Union from the Ministry of Trade, it was stated that Decree No. 502, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation (RF) on July 21, 2025, made it mandatory for ships arriving from foreign ports to obtain permission from the Russian Federation Security Service (FSB) for entry into RF ports. Ships entering RF sea ports will be permitted with the approval of the sea port captain and the approval of this FSB official.
