It was stated that the Decree on Export Supports, enacted by Presidential Decree No. 5973 dated August 17, 2022, was published in the Official Gazette No. 31927 dated August 18, 2022, and that, within the scope of the aforementioned Decree, the Circular on Sectoral Trade Delegation and Procurement Delegation Supports entered into force on October 10, 2022.

The letter stated that amendments were made to the Circular on Sectoral Trade Delegation and Procurement Delegation Supports to ensure more effective and efficient conduct of sectoral trade delegation and procurement delegation activities within the framework of the aforementioned legislation and to reorganize implementation-related matters.

The article continued by stating that the aforementioned amendments, which were approved and entered into force on July 9, 2025, were incorporated into the aforementioned Circular, and that the updated Circular was published on the Ministry of Trade"s website.
