It was stated that the "Port Gate Automation System" project, which was initiated for the purpose of automatically performing the entry registration process in the KLTS - Internal Customs-Port Entry and Exit Program, was put into practice in the Mersin International Port, which was selected as the pilot region, as of 24.02.2025. The article continued by providing information on the operation of the project in question, and it was explained that it was planned to spread the application to other ports if the necessary technological and infrastructure preparations were completed.
