It has been reported that the Forced Labour Single Portal, created under the EU Forced Labour Regulation, which prohibits the placing on the market and export of products produced using forced labour in the European Union (EU) market and will come into effect on December 14, 2027, was launched on June 26, 2026. Within this scope, the online portal will publicly publish the names and contact information of authorized organisations, guidelines, data on the impact and victims of forced labour, such as gender-disaggregated data or data on forced labour; a list of publicly available information sources related to the implementation of the Regulation; product ban decisions; decisions to withdraw bans and investigation results.
