It was stated that the EİDS (Electronic Real Estate and Vehicle Transactions) obligations cover all advertisements given electronically, including Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, and that only links to EİDS-verified real estate and vehicle advertisements should be shared on these platforms. As a result of the evaluation made by our Ministry regarding this matter, in order to enable authorized businesses engaged in the trade of real estate and motor vehicles to effectively use the marketing channels that have developed with digitalization and to reach their customers through these channels, it has been deemed appropriate to include advertisement visuals such as photos and videos and descriptions, including price information, in the posts made on these platforms, provided that the link to the EİDS-verified advertisement is shared and the images and descriptions included in the post relate to the real estate/vehicle subject to the EİDS-verified advertisement. On the other hand, administrative fines of up to 286,206 TL will be imposed for each violation on individuals who post advertisements on social media platforms in violation of the above-mentioned conditions. In order to prevent any grievances, this is announced to all chambers of commerce/industry and trade associations and related tradesmen"s chambers and unions, and their members engaged in the real estate and motor vehicle trade.
