In the letter dated July 10, 2025, and numbered 4106409, regarding Building Completion Insurance (BTS), submitted to our Association by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency, it is stated that, in addition to prepaid housing sales contracts, urban transformation projects and all other construction projects are included in the "Building Completion Insurance General Conditions." It is requested that the information guide prepared on the subject be shared with the relevant parties.
