With the amendments made to the Regulation on Real Estate Trade by the Ministry of Commerce on August 31, 2023, identity and authorization verification obligations were imposed on the advertisement platforms where real estate advertisements are published in order to prevent fake advertisements, advertisement pollution, speculative price increases and consumer grievances, and identity and authorization verifications started to be made through the Electronic Advertisement Verification System (EİDS) established within the Ministry with the integration of advertisement platforms.

Within the scope of the studies for the development of the said System, the screen that allows the authorization transactions carried out by the real estate owners through the "EİDS Real Estate Advertisement Publishing Permit Transactions" screen on the e-Government Gateway, to be followed by the real estate businesses through the Real Estate Trade Information System (TTBS) has been activated, and the name, surname/title of the real estate owner who gave the advertisement publishing permission, the authorization expiration date and the number (ID) of the authorized real estate will be displayed through the said screen.

In this respect, the following steps should be followed in order to access the information regarding EİDS advertisement publishing permissions:

1. The "My Authorization Documents / EİDS Advertisement Publishing Permits" tab on the TTBS homepage should be entered.

2. Then, the business type should be selected and the "EİDS Advertisement Publishing Permits" option should be clicked on the screen that opens.

3. The numbers (ID) of the real estates that have been granted permission to publish advertisements will be listed on the screen that opens, and when you click on the real estate numbers, you will be able to access detailed information such as the name, surname or title of the person granting the permission and the expiration date of the authorization.
